Delivery and returns

Payments are securely processed via LiqPay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery status.

For international orders, we ship via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.

Please visit the respective carrier’s website to track your shipment.

Orders within Ukraine usually arrive within 1–3 days after shipment.

For international deliveries, shipping times vary by destination and typically range from 5 to 15 business days.

Make sure the return period does not exceed 14 days from the date of delivery. Please check our website to confirm whether your item is eligible for return. The product must have its original tag intact and retain its original appearance and consumer qualities.
